Right up there as far as Fine Dining goes.Excellent value for money, staff were attentive , helpful and prompt. The vista is great. A better wine list with some museum releases and table cloths for the fifth star.

Amazing food! We had the 4 course Italian feast with 8 people. Hands down some of the best Italian food in Melbourne. Was just a little let down with the service after dessert was served. We were sort of forgotten about when we wanted coffees etc. Staff were busy setting up for the evening rush. Up until then, the service was fantastic. Will absolutely back! Also very much appreciated my dairy free dietary requirements being met. I was given my own separate means which was awesome.

Hubby and I came for the Italian Grill Night recently and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and the overall ambience of the night! The wood fire was lit and it completed the warm and welcoming feeling of this beautiful venue.Thank you, we shall come again!PS - The friendly staff and service were great too!!!

A wonderful lunch celebrating our friend’s special birthday. Too many delicious meals to choose from but we covered octopus, a lovely fresh burattina, lamb shank, pork belly, fish and steak. Such lovely flavours and wine that complimented perfectly.The staff were professional and able to answer questions about dietary requests.Will definitely return to try more dishes….sooner rather than later!

The outdoor ambience at Olivigna was awesome today! The sun was warmly beaming on us. Ordered the Scialatielli, Margherita pizza, Antipasto per due, Olivia and thoroughly enjoying and savouring each mouthfull until a “foreign object” was found as part of the ingredient in the pasta dish - a broken piece plastic. We politely pointed out to the staff in waiting and she apologised and inform the chef. She returned and offered to serve us a complimentary dessert or a cup of coffee. Since there were 4 of us, we opted for the dessert to share… is this fair enough? Luckily it was not chewed on and caused damage to the gums or throat,

An excellent restaurant in the magnificent countryside surrounded by paddocks, olive trees and grape vines.Even on a cold, wet day the expansive venue was light, warm and inviting.The food was excellent as was the service from Katlyn and Laura. Warm fresh bread with Olive Oil was served as a Starter.We chose Quail and Octopus for Entree (the Quail was wrapped in prosciutto and separated while the Octopus was large and succulent).Main courses of Lamb Shanks and Barramundi were equal to many of the good city dining establishments.2 different local beers on tap are available, a mid strength and a full strength, both of which were very good.The local wine on offer was an excellent lighter style Shiraz which complemented our food, nicely. A reasonably extensive wine list offers alternatives.A Cheese Plate to finish comprised 2 different varieties which were complemented by fruit and crispy bread.Be sure to book to avoid disappointment! This is a winner.
