Usually quite busy. The staff don't generally come to interact with you much, and let you do your own thing most of the time. The girl at the change room was super talkative and friendly though.

Great shop with organised stock. Staff super helpful too. Change rooms are good just huge lines and often the store is very crowded.

I don’t actually shop at Glassons but thought I’d swing by this store after it’s grand opening. The staff were lovely, and the store was beautiful, modern and sleek. I would recommend going here but be prepared to pay the price

one girl staff was rushing and almost bumped to me as I'm entering the store, but she didn't say sorry or acknowledge me but continued walking by and just being moody. She then proceed to yell THEN GET TF OUT OF MY STORE" to a customer very loudly. I get that it was closing but there's no need to shout or yell and scare customers when there's 20 minutes left until the store closes."

Workers are extremely rude and judgmental, very prejudiced as well. When I go in dressed nice with makeup they are very accomodating. When I go in dressed down they look me up and down and judge me. If they had better customer service I would honestly go more often. I prefer to go to the Macquarie glassons now since they’re larger and the workers there voluntarily reach out and help you.

Honestly this is one of the WORST shopping experience that I ever had. The clothes are so plain and weird and the shop service is horrible here. I went to this store to return a hat that I recently bought however the cashier kept in telling me to look at her web. I was speaking. This behaviour is not acceptable as they should have no right to control the customers. It legit took 10 mins for me just to give in my details and the cashier kept on talking with the other workers. Do not go to this story because everything here is horrible.

Glasson's staff are normally rude and look like they want everyone to die but the girl who helped me with my return a few weeks ago, she had blonde and black striped hair and a cute outfit she was kind and helpful and even complimented me :). Very easy return.
