They finally have some prices on some items which is definitely good progress however they still have a flat rate surcharge on the eftpos that I highly doubt reflects the exact fee charged by the bank making it illegal last I checked. Apart from this the staff also will give you the price on the items not including the surcharge whilst loading the extra fee into the machine. Whilst they do have a very old tattered sign about the surcharge it is just sneaky business practices the way they go about it.

Kitchen closes too early and cheapish ciggies friendly staff good service cold drinks hot food reasonably

Cheapest in Mackay for tobacco and has remained the cheapest for quite a while now. only $1.30 for a can of coke or assorted soft drinks also has takeaways and wheelchair friendly nifty little all-round convenience store friendly helpful staff too. Opens 4am and closes 9pm 7 days a week.

Where to start. What doesn't this shop have. Cheapest smokes in town, cheapest food. Cheapest drinks. The fastest service in town opens at some ridiculous early hour of the morning. I rode it rotten drunk at 3:30am new years morning and got a bacon and egg burger and a cheesecake. Does it get better than this? The owner is fantastic great attitude great service. All of the staff are fantastic. Hats off to you I have spent more money here then I care to admit.Parking a bit slack at times though.

Poor Customer service.I purchased a buffet meal and was ripped off by staff I got half a container. I watched to family before and single gentleman get a full container of a bit an everything and all I received was a small sized container with one thing in it.When questioned, they did nothing about itSo I proceeded to watch and video everyone else behind me, and they all again received large containers with a little bit of everything!I put a complaint in via owner again nothing was done about it, no refund, No offer of a new meal. Nothing, and has chosen to block me from their Facebook page. Can’t get much poorer customer service than that.When I called in the morning to speak to owners wife she tried to say I was lying. I literally still have the half meal in it container untouched

I love my hamburgers and chips, have tried them all around the world. These hamburgers are spot on. I have a top 5 burger joints and this has made the list.Fresh ingredients, mouth watering home made pattie that is full of flavour, and very filling. These hamburgers hit the spot and are a very decent price.The chips are cooked to perfection, crunchy, salted well and used in fresh oil.I would highly recommend this place.

Fish was terrible! Small and definitely not Barra which I ordered…smelled terrible and couldn’t it it…I’ve had food many times from you guys but this fish was horrible…very much a let down….

Had the teriyaki chicken tonight for dinner, was really disappointed had absolutely no flavour even when I added some salt.The staff are wonderful and go there quite a lot.

lately everytime i order a meal the people taking the call never seam to get my order right wheather it's without something on my burger or toasted not fresh it just seams to be wrong and i'm spending my time turning around driving back and having to redo my order this is the 4th issue this month I will be back because it's a nice place good food but i'm losing my patients
