We have recently had the pleasure of working with Chris Hopkins and the team at Raine & Horne Hornsby, while selling our home. What a fantastic experience. Chris was able to take all the stress out of the selling process by managing everything from marketing, promoting, open house and all follow up with potential buyers. We chose Raine & Horne Hornsby to manage our rental property in 2019 due to the great reviews online. They are generally ok however, we feel they work more towards the interests of the tenants as opposed to landlords. Recently, Raine & Horne Hornsby organised repairs of an airconditioning controller system which should still be under warranty without the authorisation by us (landlord) and we ended up paying for these repairs. As property managers, I do not think they are up to scratch and this matter remains an ongoing issue for the last 2 weeks and counting despite multiple emails.

We recently used Chris Hopkins and his team to sell our home. Chris' local knowledge was invaluable. He was professional, considerate and very personable, and guided us through the entire selling process. We highly recommend Chris and his team.
