Seeing Alicia here to help with my pregnancy pelvis and back pain has been a life saver so far. As my first time going to a physio I couldn't be happier. Making a booking was easy and staff are all very welcoming. Friendly and relaxing conversations to help pass the time. The whole process is easy and everything is explained in terms I understand. Was able to order a maternity belt to help support the bump and are shown exercises to help stretch what I can.

I don't recommend this place especially if you're going here for workers comp they will try an clear you as soon as they can to make themselves look good to the company. I had back pain and lower back pain on the left an right side they said it just needed a few stretches and was nothing serious cleared me after 2 weeks even though I told them I still feel pain and it hasn't changed. Went back to work not even a week in and the pain was getting worse. Without them knowing I went to my own doctor to get some scans done and checked out got my results back, doctor told me i had nerve damage and sciatica and not to go to work for a while. Went back to the physio here was suprised to see me back so soon i said my doctor said i have nerve damage and sciatica he laughed and said I don't think he knows what his talking about im the physiotherapy i deal with this stuff. Then I got my scans out and he was shocked and responded with I didn't think it was that just go get a cortisone injection it'll fix the problem in two days an you can get back to work but will wear off in 6 months time. Wow didn't ask me how i felt or anything about that spoke to my doctor an he said I dont think thats a good idea as you're still abit young for that espeically going into your back, i just think you need to stay at home do stretches and exercise if its not better within the 12 weeks he would suggest it. Physio kept pushing an pushing me to get it also to get back to work asap! Very unprofessional would not come back again!!! And seems like they really dont care about your health!!!Also I'm under a different name as work related. Not happy at all.

I attended Greater West Physiotherapy for a hamstring injury a had a while ago. They were very professional and helped me back onto the road of recover and taught me some great exercises as well.They recently started sending out emails with links to youtube videos as well as ways to stay healthy and active.I have recommended their services to my friends and family.
