Leonie at White Lady Roseville exemplified compassion, sensitivity and an exceptional level of professionalism. As I am sure happens in others, some of our family caused difficulties and, to be frank, we wonder whether we could have handled Dad’s funeral were it not for the support and attention to detail Leonie provided, involving repatriation of Dad to his home and finally at rest with our Mum.

Arranging a funeral for a loved one is obviously really difficult, however, with the help of White Lady Funerals, we were able to arrange a wonderful service for my Grandmother.From the moment we arrived, Kay made us very welcome and the meeting room was wonderfully calm and serene.There were plenty of options available to us and Kay explained everything we needed to know.The ladies pretty much take care of everything which was a huge help.On the day we had 4 gorgeous ladies" attend the service and they looked so stylish and elegant in their white suits

Cannot recommend White Ladies Roseville enough. At my most fragile time Leonie was there for me from the first phone call to long after everything was said and done. Handled with compassion and care. For such an awful circumstance it was a relatively pleasant experience.
