My experience today with cash converters Kings Meadow Launceston Tas, is not one I will wish upon anyone. Customer service was the worst I ever experience. The person who served me was unhelpful and rude. She was more interested in knocking off then helping. I end up walking out and never be coming back.

Simply put... they lure customers in with the promise of candy, but once there, they offer up nothing more then mulch. They advertise as ‘top dollar’ paid for good quality second hand goods, but when exactly that is presented to them, they offer 1/10th of its value.

i owed them 60 bucks and could not pay them back so they added 33 dollars onto it a fortnight forever, then laughed at me when i could not pay them back, Nadia her name was... having to contact better business bureau would give no stars, come to think of it, it was a 5 star mugging broad daylight...

Went to buy an electric guitar and Amp. Young man greeted me instantly and within 15 minutes I left with a guitar, Amp, pick and cord for less $$ than I could find on FB marketplace. He could also play the guitar. Thankyou, five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The customer service in this store is subpar at the best of times. The under sell their customers and barely offer them anything, and then proceed with the same speech of we only buy at.... And then resell at 200% with very little knowledge of what they have. I'd highly recommend using this store as your very last option. If at all.
