Still waiting for a reply back in regards to NDIS screen check as my marriage certificate is not up loading and l need to start work asap. Where is your office or a contact number to come in and get this done.

DISCRIMMINATIONTried 4 months to get WWC checkTHEIR SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES PRIOR TO 1994 BE PROCESSED, I was married 1989Probably because my certificate stated Commonwealth of Australia on it !Official certificate....went through Ombudsman....they were useless

Just want BPAY details which should be on my registration renewal notice but aren’t. Told to go to Services Victoria but can’t find them there. Something which should take a couple of minutes has already taken half an hour.

If i could give this 0 stars i would. Trying to get an NDIS check done. Initially wouldn’t accept my birth cert (SA one and hand written initially) requested another typed up, NDIS accepted. Cool beans. Next wouldn’t accept my marriage certificate. Original is hand written. Me thinking surely Victoria would update them if i request a new one WRONG! New one came, looks exactly like last. It is a legal document (i double checked with a Justice Service Centre) NDIS online, won’t accept it. So now i have to apply manually (14 pages long) and anyone i speak to online or over the phone is useless. If you were trying to make it as painful as possible, well done you succeeded. But its ok i’m sure when i get it sent through manually it’ll be done super fast to make up for all the issues. I can’t believe how bad the reviews are and nothing is changed but that is Victoria i guess so not REALLY surprising. I am going to take this higher!

Still waiting for my WWCC card. It’s been more than 2 months i have applied for it. Due to poor service by S.V it’s gonna affect on my Uni placement. I’m desperate to receive my card. Please fix this issue.

Unacceptably long time to get a national police check. Falsely advertises the possibility of getting it in one hour. It’s been over three weeks and counting. They also do not have a contact phone number at all that I can see. Go through Australia Post as I got my check five minutes after leaving the shop.

The online experience is super dodgy. Update your details, get confirmation, then logon on another device and the old details are still showing. And this site is supposed to be proof of my identity for RTBA - sheeshEDIT: per the reply, I had already lodged a ticket and received a response saying it was fixed. Doesn't really restore my confidence. Several hours later it is definitely not fixed with two logins showing different versions of my name. The android service vic app is showing the old details.Also the button which says open camera" went to my gallery instead.Scary when they have images of passports

Service victoria has been VERY unhelpful with my working with childrens check application. I made a typo in my email and I have been trying to contact them to fix this typo so I can actually recieve my WWCC. At the moment I am looking at failing my first year of uni because attend my placement because I have not recieved my WWCC- thanks to service victoria. Literally all I need to do is have my application/card number to sent to my phone number but no one from the team has replied to me and no one ever answers the phone (literally EVER), I very stressed and would very muchly appreciate some good customer service from them (for a change) and will delete this poor review if they offer me some support and help because I dont want to fail my expensive Uni course. If I could give zero stars out of five I would. Please fix this service victoria- I am desperate
