Don't buy anything at this place. The ipad I bought on Friday night was delivered by uber between 1:00 and 3:00 on the next day. Later, it was not delivered until 5:00 on the next day After asked the web customer service how to solve, the customer service told me to call the store to ask, after the call no one answered, really bad if you want to change the express also want to inform me or send the express money back to me waste my day at home waiting for no delivery.

I rang JB HI-FI Preston to confirm the availability of a product; the young lady I spoke with was amiable and polite and confirmed they had what I was after to which I said I would be there in fifteen minutes; the young lady told that if I was to order by click and collect my order may not be processed before closing as they closed in twenty minutes but she would put my DVDs behind the counter to assure availability. When I arrived I presented to the counter and explained my phone call and the young lady was standing behind the cashier and she smiled reached behind her and handed me the DVDs and I was able to pay and before I left several employees wished me a good afternoon and a prosperous new year. The level of customer service was impeccable and the politeness and friendliness was a warm welcome; thanks JB HI-FI Preston I will definitely be back.

No high pressure sales people bothered me - able to purchase what I wanted effortessly

Asked advice relating to connecting an app to our recently purchased hased Google TV. Person for very assisting, even did a Google search to understand more to assist us. A very helpful person and positive experience.

Don’t shop at this disgusting store with their disrespectful and rude staff. Even if you want to spend thousands of dollars you will still be told they can’t help you or they don’t have anything. An absolute disgrace…..avoid at all costs. Harvey Norman is down the road, their customer service is awesome and they will price patch, but most importantly they will help you!!!!

Went to buy a TV. Was picking between a two, and spoke with sales consultant Paul. He directed me towards the one that he no longer had in stock, but was available at Northland. Impressive, given these guys are typically on some kind of commission. Thanks!

Large and well displayed store. Easy and quick to get to with plenty of parking out the front. Very friendly staff, especially Joseph who was very professional and knowledgeable.
