Down to earth and sensible. Nice guy. Gained my trust quickly. Easy communicator. Great ideas and suggestions but not pushy. Worked with me rather than against me. Managed the craziness of the project effortlessly. He has clearly been doing this for years and just anticipates and sorts stuff out as it comes along. I found him honest, realistic and up front with me and managed my anxieties and expectations beautifully. The quality of the Reno was better than I could have imagined. I will definitely use Tim again.

Tim is an exceptional builder in Byron Bay. The whole process from start to finish is made easy with honesty, courteous communication. Highly recommended within the Byron Bay community.
