I was very impressed with the young man there today who made my coffee according to my request and nothing was a problem. The food was also delivered hot, in a very friendly manner and promptly. The food is always good too. Well done.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid avoid avoid, so slow ! Waited over half an hour for 2 coffees and 2 toasted sandwiches. Coffee was terrible when it came out. Only had 6 other customers at lunchtime seated and everyone was waiting half an hour plus for basic food. The cookies are nice and the staff were polite but no concept of time management. It was a shemozzle. If your thinking this is a quick drop in before a movie.... think again.

Never again, girl spent 10 mins talking to her boyfriend. Had to ask her to Mel my coffee, then it was half empty. Never going there again.

Needs new owners, and for the manager to give his/her staff a lesson in customer service. lady today was the opposite to this and behaved in a way that she obliviously did not want to be working for this business, and I can see why given all of the other reviews. Mrs Fields Waurn Ponds needs new management or all of the staff are going to be out of a job faster than before you know it!You have had good management before, I know that you can turn this around but today unfortunately you are receiving 1 star review from me even though you don't deserve it. would have given zero if I couldI won't be back until the business starts treating customers with more respect, was going to give you some business today, you missed out!

i’ll give this place a 6 if I could. They have an amazing chai latte in a capsule cup. Love it. Service is lovely too

Wouldn't accept my Groupon voucher because their 'scanner had broken'. Not good enough. If they want to stay in business, they'll need to improve their service.

It’s a best cafeteria in the town with the prestigious staff and yum smoothies.

For starters they tried to charge us double for 1 item, then it took them 20 minutes for them to make my cold drink while other people's meals/drinks were coming out before mine. Very poor service, i should have looked at the google review in the first place. Won't be going back to the Waurn Ponds cafe for a long time. Sorry
