A very disappointing experience unfortunately.I ordered one cartridge in December 2021 which got delivered but was faulty. When I asked for replacement they refused at first. They didn't want to replace it and claimed I need to go to Brothers NZ directly. After a lot of back and forth I managed to get them to exchange the faulty cartridge and I then asked for general pricing. This was in January 2022. Nick from Sales came back with the comment “we are happy to beat or match any price” not expecting that I am going to take him up on that. He matched the prices until the end of May and he has now pushed me aside as a customer (literally) because he doesn't want to match prices anymore. Zero customer service.Edit on 15th October: Matt from Commtech has been great in helping me sorting above issue and has turned things around. I'm still a customer with Commtech and have been very well looked after since above incidents happened.
