Bought a bed 4yrs ago. The assembly team was lousy to use correct screws for the bed head. Instead of using torx they used flats. Couldn't pull apart the bed head and side panels when I move. Had to get a handyman and chipped some part of the bed head to take it apart. Complained to the shop, came back to me suggesting I should have used a low torque drill. Looking at the pictures attached, I don't know how they could provide such brainless advice. Almost felt like my intelligence was insulted. Be mindful with the assembly service they provide. Won't recommend at all.

Best experience! Marchelle was very patient, pleasant and her expertise was immensely appreciated. Will be visiting the showroom again for more furniture! Loved the ethnicraft bedroom furniture.

Amazing service, I called to purchase the Dylan Office Chair over the phone, best part was the ability to pick up the chair same day from the conveniently located warehouse. Great looking furniture, amazing service and follow up by Marchelle, thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Trit House St Kilda.

Interesting range of furniture that is displayed in such a way that you can try it out but also see how the pieces might look in combination with the rest of your room rather than just on their own. Stuff you can't find any where else. All under 1 roof. Great helpful staff too.

Adore the stunning products Trit has to share with us. Amazing friendly staff at the Abbotsford and St Kilda store. Marchelle, was great keeping me informed via email with any update on deliveries. From store staff to warehouse and delivery staff I am very happy with all round service! I have purchased a few products already from Trit with excellent advice and recommendations. Can not speak highly enough of the great products and amazing friendly staff.

Love our dining table. There was an issue with one of the legs when it got delivered but it was taken care of eventually and really happy with everything.
