The people were lovely. I had luke and he was completely wonderful to deal with. Walked me through everything and made me feel really comfortable. An absolute master at his art. Didn’t feel a thing. Would 10/10 recommend this place and their lovely staff.

Wow what Amazing talent! Luca is not only talented he’s a great guy who takes his time to make sure he captures your vision with skilled detailed precision! I met several people from around the world that came to him to have their tattoos done! His prices are excellent! I’m from the USA and I am so proud to be able to wear his art! My tattoo turned out better than I could have imagined!

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Rude staff, lack of communication, they didn’t said anything about the free 2nd piercing with every piercing and care product. We paid 4 piercings full price each one. The two girls at the counter didn’t give any information and when we asked she said that the promotion advertising is everywhere and we should see it. About the hygiene practices this place is a 5, they should improve their customer service and try to make the customer feel appreciated and respected. This used to be my piercing place, won’t come back!

Luca tattooed myself and two friends and did an absolutely brilliant job. He was incredibly professional and made me feel completely at ease while getting a sternum/rib tattoo. He captured what I envisioned perfectly if not exceeding all while providing good conversation and many laughs. The line work was on point while the shading accentuated the overall design. The whole experience was enjoyable and I would highly recommend Luca as your next tattoo artist.

So I don’t hate the tattoo design but I have gotten tattoos in the same area on the opposite arm larger, cheaper and didn’t hurt as much, I mean the tattoo I got today was excruciating for both my partner and I. It wasn’t bad for a walk in tattoo but I paid $280 for tattoos that were an 8th of the size of my $350 tattoo, which I got somewhere else, meaning they where no bigger then a 50c coins.No hate on the artist but I believe this tattoo is going too scar and personally won’t be going back there.

Great store with plenty of alternative clothing and piercing options. The vibe was really great and I felt welcome.Staff were really cool.Luca did a tattoo for me (walk in) and did fantastic. Would recommend and will be back again myself.

So I came in when they had their sale on ear piercings. I got my seconds done and I thought the piercings would cost $16 as the sale was $8 for one. My total came to around $90. Not the main issue though. I generally heal well but this time I have not. It's been almost 3 months and it has developed a bump and bleeds still. I did follow aftercare strictly and try not to sleep on that side. I have had other piercings since then and they are healing much better. I would say don't go here when it is sale time because it seems that the quality of piercing declines.
