We were managing our own rental property for a number of years however struck a difficult situation with an unsavoury tenant who was wrecking our property. We decided to hand the management of our property to Mcholmes First Nationals Bundaberg. They were incredible at managing this situation through the removal of the bad tenant, dealing with bond disputes, organising bond cleans, and recommended repairs and maintenance. They found us a great tenant at market rent. We can’t thank Tegan Turner and Mcholmes First National enough for their assistance. Would highly recommend them.

I have used First National Real Estate Bundaberg both to manage my rental property for 10+ years and also to sell my property.I found their rental department to be professional and easy to work with. They found good quality tenants over the years so my place was always being looked after. Any issues were addressed quickly and thus the property was well maintained.I recently so my property using Dave as my selling agent. We were able to work through a marketing strategy and my house was under offer with a great offer on the first day. Though ultimately this contract failed due to finance, Dave was able to present a range of offers from various buyers and we secured another buyer shortly afterwards. I am thrilled with the final result.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with Aleshia at McColms. The house that we rent had some plumbing issues last year and she was always prompt with getting it all dealt with. She went the extra mile making herself available after normal working hours. Our tenants at the time had been there for approximately 3 years and unfortunately we had to sell due to personal reasons the tenants still had a legal binding lease in place it did not expire for another couple of months. The buyer property sold before settlement on our property so Stacey conversed with out tenant and agreement was made and tenants were able to move out early enabling new buyer to move in We would like to thank Stacey for being there every step of the way and was able to resolve issues that had arises very professional and with courtesy Highly recommended

Dealing with this real estate agency was amazing. They were so quick to help and support me. Their communication was so clear and helpful. Dealing with Christine Banks was an absolute pleasure, her knowledge of the Bundaberg area was a god send. It was great to purchase a home of an amazing agent, it felt more like dealing with a friend. The office staff were friendly, helpful and so pleasant to deal with. I recently placed my house with David from First National R Estate Bundaberg. Almost immediately he fielded an enquiry to purchase the property. This person turned out to be most difficult and lacked even basic business skills.David was quite the opposite and did everything in his power to get the contract 'across the line' but the 'buyer' was just impossible to deal with. David was most professional at all times and I was very impressed with his devotion and persistence.I have no doubt he will achieve a good result in the near future. I would highly recommend First national Bundy to anyone wishing to buy or sell property. I emailed all the real estates in town, they were the first to respond, there were no pressures, no red tape and they had it sold within the week, negotiating and bargaining the highest price. I did not have to leave my house to sign anything. It was a digital sale.They asked for $1000 up front to advertise the sale of the block of land and they refunded $972 of it, which means they are honest and which I did not expect from any real estate.One good turn deserves another, and which is why I wrote this.Highly recommended. Unfortunately found to be providing incorrect information and going days and sometimes weeks with no communication.Simply put, money is their driving force. If they think they can use you as their own personal piggy bank, you'll get 5 star service. If you have your eyes open to their greed, they push you to the side.
