I couldn't have been happier with this service. Sam took the time to go through all the flooring options, never pushing one more than another, giving us the full range of options. Communication was top notch, same goes for the installer who kept us informed every step of the way. Great end result, very happy.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Competitive pricing, works conducted quickly and professionally. We were re-flooring an investment property and unable to visit the property ourselves and working to a tight timeframe. Had a terrible experience where they ripped up ALL of our carpets before telling us a one day job would take much longer because floor needed levelling. They sent round some random guys who had no clue what was going on and started grinding without a vacuum. A completely uncomfortable and awkward situation and we had to spend a week living with friends while it was resolved. The wood is a terrible match to the rest of the house and the skirting is sloppy. Will have to pay someone else to redo this work. Really disappointed and shocked.
