No point getting appointments at this place any more . Been coming here since they opened the shop. But the customer service and standard have gone down the hill . No coming again .

The new barbers are exceptionally professional and the haircuts are very well done and there is no lack of attention to detail. Thank you. I will be back and recommend you to my friends.

Had Rose cut my hair maybe a year ago, and she is very friendly and does a decent job. However, went back today for a cut and unfortunately had a woeful experience. The guy who cut my hair has no service skills whatsoever - mumbled upon greeting me and during the haircut. Never asked me what length I wanted it cut to on top, then when I asked for him to cut it shorter he said it wouldn’t look good if it was any shorter. I asked him to please take a little more off, which resulted in him rushing through a further trim. So of course it doesn’t actually look good now because he didn’t put in any effort or attention. Would have expected more from a $15 quick cut at Chadstone.

Extremely rude service. Called and made a booking but they didn’t write it down. Then one of the barbers spoke up after the owner was having a go at me and said he did remember taking my booking and forget to put it down. Owner gave me the worst hair cut of my life, used the clippers on my side burns for all of 10 seconds and charged me an extra $25 for a ‘beard trim’. Total was $60, a rude interaction and a terrible cut, won’t be using them ever again and would recommend staying away.

I organised a buzz cut and hot towel shave for my son as a post COVID treat. Barber was rude unengaging and couldn’t get my son out the door quick enough. Although booked in for the shave this was not acknowledged and my son didn’t feel comfortable staying on anyway. Much better barbers in local area. Feel sorry for owners if they are not aware of this poor service
