Great store! You walk in (on the lunch break), get what you need and walk out... no fluffing around.Great team work guys

The only reason why I'm giving it ,3 is because of the lovely man that eventually rescued me from my impending death that would have occured if I waited a minute longer, 30 min to get a phone out of a cupboard. I just needed the phone and to go.. but staff were talking to the 2 customers totally over doing it on the sales skills side of things, don't need to repeat yourself over and over and over let the customer think.Serve someone else

Cannot review customer service as I already knew what I wanted and found it within 5 minutes of entering the store I always shop at this JB store as it is inside the shopping centre and easier to access

Had a good experience at this JB Hi-Fi, easy to find staff to help who were friendly and courteous.Some Sydney stores you can walk around in circles looking for someone to assist, but I had someone approach me almost immediately (and the store was fairly busy).

JB have everything electrical and many other things.. prices are modest and huge range of all products

Good prices with gold selection of things to buy. The staff were very helpful asking if we needed assistance.

I came to pick up a TV I had ordered at another store, and was told by one girl my order wasn’t in their system and there was nothing they could do. The other store had not sent the order. However, I asked if she could contact the other store to sort this out for me, as I paid a lot of money and was here to pick up a TV, but she said that it was basically my problem and I need to call them to get the order transferred? I asked to speak to someone who was actually willing to help me and not be so rude, and the manager was lovely and got it all sorted for me (waited 1.5 hours). He was the only redeeming part of this whole ordeal. The girl who I had to deal with had terrible customer service and a bad attitude. She continued to argue with me about how the TV wouldn’t fit in our car (we had measured it beforehand), but she kept banging on about it. Really unprofessional. I put in a complaint about her, as no one should have to deal with someone like this when they just needed some help.
