Inspected rental units. Very small. Nothing outstanding. Typical horrible cheap carpets that rental places love to put down. Good location to reside if can tolerate cramped living.

I've lived at Sailfish Point in the past and still visit often. The onsite managers are 2 of the loveliest people I've ever had the privilege to meet and they have made a lot of improvements over the years. The amenities are always clean, and well maintained, as are the yards, paths and gardens. The pool is beautiful and easily accessible for everyone. The rooms are beautifully kept and well maintained also. Location is perfect, it is with 5 minutes drive to Miami and Nobbys beaches, Pacific Fair shopping centre and Q super centre. Public transport is within easy walking distance as well. I recommend Sailfish Point to everyone who asks.

Wow!!! Beautiful water views. No better way to spend a winter weekend..in the sun on the deck watching the kids fish with their Pa.

Awesome spot, we called house no 85 our home for a week. Was a lovely little hone with a nice outside area. Perfect for bbqing and having a few bevies. Really loved this place would defs go back

Good food but the waitresses should learn to smile when they serve and move around.
