Very good experience with the owner Brett. Drove the car in with some damage he took one look at it and 20 minutes later it was fixed free of charge. I will definitely be going back next time I require any of their services. The admin lady and Brett were both very polite and easy to talk to.

A high quality repair to my car. Seamless paint job and a bonus car clean inside and out. The ladies in the office are very efficient and super happy, bright and bubbly. Overall a great experience.

My car was severely damaged to the point of written off and Hower have brought my car back to life. The work they achieved is incredible. Hower went above and beyond to assist me in every way possible throughout my entire insurance ordeal. I would highly recommend anyone needing any type of crash repair work, panel beating, paintwork or insurance related issues to speak to these guys first. Since the crash, I have gone back to them three times to correct paint work and other minor defects from sun damage unrelated to the crash. Thanks so much guys.

Would not recommend this company at all, stay clear of them if you you take pride in your belongings, because they don't seem to care.Poor communication, blames the customer for delay in their work and failed to complete the job properly. Then tries to make excuses for their staffing issues. Just be honest. I would have not wasted my time picking up the car because it was clearly not finished.Got our car back with more scratches on the other panels, which they didn't touch. Clearly the people working on the car don't protect the panels when working on other panels and no way was I going to get them to fix it as they will probably damage something else.Office staff are friendly and helpful but don't really get involved when clearly the customer isn't happy.The sales /assessor guy doesn't seem too bothered about customer satisfaction and comes across rude.I'm sorry but orange peeling is not normal and when you get paid to fix a scratch, actually fix it, rather than try and hand it back to the customer when clearly the job has not been finished.Also, you should clean the mud that your staff left on our floor mats.This company should make huge improvements on customer service, workmanship and they need to stop lying to their customers in the hope that people won't notice.

Amazing work, great turn around time and friendly staff. They fixed my bumper and I can't see where the damage was. So happy with their service.

Work was done as an insurance job. Poor communication from the start as I would have to constantly call for a status on the car and was promised a call back several times, only for it not to happen. Was told all the parts were ready and then told a week later that they didn't have a bonnet.After being told it was ready to be picked up, we went to inspect the job and was immediately taken back with the poor workmanship which included a yellow undertone to the paintwork. The panel looked 'dirty' because of the cloudiness/patchiness of the paintwork. There was no 'feathering' with the other panels to blend in the newly paint panels, to which we were told it depended on the angle at which we looked at the car" and that the paint looked the way it did

Excellent work done on my car, service was impeccable and fast considering how close to Xmas I came in. Staff were very friendly with constant updates and wasn’t as expensive as I envisioned. Thanks to everyone at Hower for making this a great experience overall.
