Great clinic highly recommend going here with your pet All staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and caring They are a busy clinic but with emergencies they do their best to fit you in Like us humans forward booking are a must for your pets vaccinations etc

I'm new to the area and needed urgent vet care when my dog was attacked by another. They saw him straight away and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. 2nd visit was also last minute and was able to get an appointment within an hour. Was given good advice on how to deal with allergies, and didn't have expensive medication pushed on me. Thoroughly recommended.

We took my wifes families Staffy Frank here with some severe gastro, they got him in straight away and acted quickly which saved his life.Highly recommend this vet, and in particular Dr Storm who treated Frank. He was thoughtful, compassionate and you could tell he genuinely cared about Franks recovery.

After being with a different vet in the area they wouldn’t see my Labradoodle dog unless she was muzzled and sedated, however at Vets for Pets Ridgehaven my dog was treated like the rest and thankfully not required any of those things! Felt like she was in safe hands with Dr Alexander Sexton and the lovely nursing staff, apparently she even gave one of the nurses a hug! So glad to have found a lovely local vet for us and highly recommend to everyone! Very happy she is treated equally as she has the loveliest nature outside the vets! Thank you so much guys again!

Absolutely amazing staff so friendly and helpful,Very welcoming, clean and my dog was not nervous walking into the clinic there was no long wait times for our appointment and the vet was so lovely and informative. Not overly priced and products/procedures not pushed like all other practices I have been to.

The team at Ridgehaven are fantastic. Times are extremely difficult for Vet practices at present, but they continue to provide the best care possible. I've been going there for years, and prefer this clinic and its staff, over any of the others. Jarko is a wonderful Vet, and the nursing staff second to none.

We had to have our 19 year old cat euthanised and the vet, Alex, gave us time to say goodbye and explained the procedure to us. The staff were very kind and caring during a very sad time.
