Ultimate Windows - Double Glazed uPVC Windows and Doors

We were really impressed with Ulitmate Windows. The quality of product is excellent, and the fitters were outstanding!

We are so impressed with Ultimate Windows! Our windows in the whole house were retrofitted in August/September. We were told about them by friends who had used them and we were not disappointed. It's a rather large investment to retrofit windows but worth every single dollar.They have made a huge difference to our house both aesthetically and with noise reduction. And we just realised last week that our use of the heater has dramatically reduced. Can't wait to see how summer goes and how much we use the air conditioner.Silvia and Russell were informative and patient with us. We had a lot of questions/queries (no kidding, a lot!) and they always came up with a solution that suited us. Richard, Spencer, Jamie and Tom were incredible. It was a tough job being a 2 storey house (with a lot of stairs) and they never complained. They worked hard and always kept us up to date with what was going on and how long everything would take. And cleaned up every single day. I have never had a team of contractors that so clearly enjoy each other's company. There were always lots of stories and so much laughter. So lovely to hear. And of course Jayde, who made sure we had all the paperwork and payment schedules in a timely manner.Thank you for our beautiful new windows. We wish you all the very best for the future.

I visited two Ultimate customers who were delighted with the Ultimate. One in Mooroolbark said to me I wish I'd done the whole house". Russell and Richard were fantastic and the aftersales service was a credit to the organization. The windows and doors are great

I now have the best windows in the neighbourhood! So happy with them and the installers did an excellent job of removing the old steel ones from a concrete frame. A very difficult job! Thanks to Russell for answering all my questions and keeping me updated along the way, very much appreciated.

the intimate windows installation team were very friendly and worked fast, the windows look good and are so much better than my 70’s windows. My neighbours are very jealous. The only negative thing was they missed some holes with the filler but I took care of that. The gourmet gift box that turned up a couple weeks after installation was a very nice surprise. Thanks for that!!

we love our new home especially because of the great windows! Thanks for going the extra mile to make the extra large sliding doors happen. The sliding doors are easy to operate and just give the best view being 3m high! Ultimate windows made the communication between our builder, themselves and us easy.

The whole process end-to-end was made very easy by Ultimate Windows. Communications was excellent keeping me informed at all times. On the day the team installed the uPVC double glazed windows, they did so with a no fuss attitude, and once finished, cleaned up leaving the rooms and yard in a tidy state. It was a pleasure dealing with Ultimate Windows, and of course, the new windows look absolutely amazing and have made our house much more cozy this winter.

We are very pleased with our new windows. The boys in the team did a wonderful job installing them and were very professional. They worked diligently to finish without delays and they also cleaned up after each day's work and were respectful of the house and us. Highly recommend this organisation.
