I have purchased my first home, when I met with Haroon or Belluccio property group. I was lucky when I met them I purchased my house and land for $440k in 2021. Now my property is currently valued at $650k And more, haroon helped me turn my first home into an investment property and rented it out. And now I am in the process of looking to buy my second house. I 100% recommend Belluccio property group.

My journey with Belluccio Property has been amazing. Haroon is a great guy and always puts his customers first before anything. I had to cancel my signed unconditional contract that I signed with them initially, as i wasnt able to build what i wanted to on that land because of slope restrictions. BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a block of land off Haroon and well after we had gone unconditional and paid a sizable deposit he attempted to intentionally jeopardise the contract for the sake of selling it to another buyer for a higher price. We were on the brinks of losing the land and our deposit to this mans greed until our lawyers came to the rescue. The process of dealing with this man and his greed has left a family broken.

Haroom is probably the most professional, humble and very honest agent I have ever met. He has helped me buy and sell a block of land in the past year. He is a master of his work and always get the best for his clients. If you are looking for a property manager or looking to buy/sell land he is the agent you want.
