Attitude and customer service of the store manager is terrible, a disgusting personality from an Indian man. However, the female staffs is relatively hospitable.Despite their expensive priced products, i made a decent purchase.

Bought an iron and board holder from the Canberra store last weekend while there for the weekend. Tried to return it today at your Miranda store as this is my closest store and they refused and said I’ll have to return it to Canberra. Absolutely disgusting service. How am I supposed to know which stores are franchised and which aren’t and why should that matter to me as a consumer? The receipt does not mention I can only return to the store I purchased from.

Beware you cant use rewards member vouchers at this store. They told me in person they dont accept them. But the website clearly shows they are part of the program.

I had a bad experience here with my Autistic son and the staff. If I discount that I would say they have very good quality items but you can find the same thing much cheaper elsewhere.
