At last, a relaxing experience! Clean and welcoming! I had an infill with shellac done by Ivy who was very careful to take the time to make sure I was happy with the results. Costs slightly more compared to others but I am happy to pay extra for great quality and service with a smile.Will definitely visit againRevised December 2022 - nail artists quality GREATLY varies, turns out only 1 person was competent at doing stilleto nails with a quality finish and she has sadly left the shop.

Not good if you have the misfortune of getting your nails painted normal colour they will just roll off that same night. How embarrassing. The response after paying good money is no responsibility no honour.!! It’s a shame

Wasn’t overly thrilled by either the pedicure or manicure at the time (the fingernail polish lasted 2 days), but it was a special treat for my daughter. Luckily, they only painted her nails because I have ended up with an infection in my big toe from what was meant to be a fun “girls” day. A week afterwards and I still have swelling, throbbing and redness and it seems my pedicure is going to land me at the doctors. Never. Again.

What lovely service! I had Tracy come to my home to do acrylic shellac.She was on time, extremely friendly and was careful in her work. Love her passion for nails and attention to detail. She was accomodating to what i needed. Would definitely recommend and have her come to my house again.

I have lived in five dock for 30 years. Never did I think a local business would try charge me $150 for a pedicure and manicure. Luckily I got my toes done first $61.70 (odd) and this was not a great manicure. She didn’t even do a full manicure, us ladies know what a manicure entails. After getting an average job on my toes I opted out to get my nails done as she was going to charge me $90 for a manicure. Do not go here. It is not worth the money they are asking. Photo taken immediately after. My nail isn’t even straight. $61.70

I HAD BAD service. I spoken to then on Instragram about it, so the owner was talking to me ask for my phone but then NEVER reply again and didn’t called. I sent pictures of the nails they saw how bad it was...Me and my mother did the manicure and pedicure at this salon. Was terrible experience, the ladies who does the nails spend more than 2:30 hours to do our nails, because started and stopped to do other client, many times at the end the manicure and pedicure looks TERRIBLE. Probably I will need to do it again tomorrow somewhere else to fix it. Don’t waste your time and your money

I've been a customer of Twinkle Nails Clinic for a few years now, Tracy and her staff provide the BEST service. I can trust that I will be well taken care of and that my nails will be done to perfection. I was so impressed at my last appointment! Highly recommend!Tracy runs this salon so well - she knows her loyal customers by name and her efforts are really appreciated.

Bad job = no refund...that's not a way to treat a loyal customer.Interesting how I got a reply 1 month after my visit... to be clear I actually went back the day after it happened and at least 1 visit later in an attempt to resolve the issue with Tracey, I was told the service would not be redone until I removed the google review. If a review is meant to share experiences then I hope a lot of people think twice before giving this salon their money!!
