Wonthaggi Souvilaki and chicken Hub

I come here every Saturday for lamb hsp, it was my favourite place to eat in wonthaggi. I was eating it with my step daughter when we found a big clump of matted hair in it with dirt and a grey slime in it. I think it must of been of the floor, I've never felt so sick and angry instantly that they are so careless with there food prep. I wish I took a photo of it before taking it back for this review but I was to angry to think of it. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

We ordered x2 chicken suvo meals and we really enjoyed them! Heavy, lots of meat and full of flavour suvo’s!We are now back on the road, with full bellies! Thanks guys :)

Easily the best hot chips in Wonthaggi.. maybe even the best I’ve ever had. And they’re the best EVERY TIME, super consistent

Hamburger (meat etc.) was delicious, but had to throw the bun away as it was really stale.

Good HSP. Got the mixed and the lamb and chicken were both authentic meat with great flavour. Was $15.50 for a medium HSP.

Best charcoal-grilled lamb souvlaki ever!I had many many souvlaki and kebabs before from everywhere I go and that one was just amazing. The lamb was sooooo tender full of moist and the outside perfectly crispy. That’s how I love my lamb.The lamb (real lamb not that lamb mince that taste like cardboard) portion was really generous and not cut thin and dry as many other place so to cut off the cost and make you feel like they give you more meat. It was freshly grilled not while other place just chop it up early then reheat it on the bbc plate which mean it’s not fresh it’s cooked twice!Each bite was a real delight, the meat was so tender and just melted in my mouth, the veggies where fresh not soggy and the dough was prefect.Considering I only paid $13.90 it was a real fair price.Will definitely be back in town to get more.Very impressed.Now to the people who gave a negative experience I think you must not have a taste bud and must be adept of kfc or cardboard kebab.

Ordered the chicken souvlaki and a small scalloped potato meal... OMG, it was delightful! Great menu and superb customer service

Today, I bought 2 chicken kebabs about 4pm with cheese cost me $32. Worst kebab I have ever eaten and I gave mine to my dog.The chicken was very oily and the bread was wet and lettuce disgusting .I went to eat it and all the watery juices overflowed spilling into my lap. I will never eat there again..
