Huge thanks to Victor and the gang at Vinyl Revival (VR) ​for their amazing customer service.After waiting a few months for international stock to become available, my new speakers arrived in their store, and the very next morning they were being unboxed at my house, 650kms away.Mid last year I bought a turntable package from VR that included the Klipsch The Sixes and a Pro-Ject Carbon Evo turntable. The team were very accommodating with my request to upgrade and fit an Ortofon Blue stylus. It arrived perfectly, and when there were some manufacturer issues with the speakers, they bent over backwards to super quickly resolved the issues. I couldn't have asked for better service.I have been very fortunate late last year and was able to look at upgraded from my Klipsch The Sixes, to the Klipsch Heresy IVs. But then I needed an amp to add to the setup. I'm pretty sure I was the most annoying customer for Victor, with my millions of questions and configuration changes, but through out the process he was amazing and seemed as excited about my new setup as I was.I got the Cambridge Audio Evo 150, as the amp, and some awesome Chord speaker cables......and boy does this setup rip. Ode to No one by" by The Smashing Pumpkins from the Melancholy vinyl boxset is amazing at low and (especially) high volume

Very happy with the service from the team, they took the time to talk me through my options, with no nonsense or pushy up selling. Gave me demo's on products, as well as giving me some great advice, helping me settle on a set up that goes above and beyond what I'd hoped for. The shop has a great atmosphere and a nice selection of records.

My turntable had a balancing issue that I tried solving myself by watching you tube videos but I just couldn’t get it right.Val was straight onto the job with friendly enthusiasm & even told me that he enjoyed solving my problem!!Hands down best service in a long time.

This place is a gem, gorgeous old building with an interior designed to compliment this style of the building. An excellent range of audio HiFi equipment to choose from along with amazing service from the friendly staff. It's so rare these days to find a store that has fully experienced staff; it's a real treat shopping there! Special thanks to Val who assisted me with buying loud speakers, providing excellent knowledge and service.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable team, helped to diagnose a faulty power supply and took the time to troubleshoot each part of the setup. Definitely coming back for any audio equipment needs in the future.

Recently had a great experience with Vinyl Revival with purchase of an amplifier. I live in Sydney and needed advice on the type of amp suited to my needs. They could not have been more helpful. No high pressure, or talking me into buying something that suited their bottom line.I was impressed with their knowledge and courtesy, including keeping me informed on the progress of the shipment - which arrived the following working day.The amp - a Sugden, is everything that was promised, and more.Definitely 5 star service.

I originally wrote a rather different review which must have raised some eyebrows because I have to say that the personal, professional and amazing service received from Val, Vic and the team has completely turned me around. Nothing was too much trouble to make things right. Not that things were that wrong in the first place. I put my hand up as being perhaps not the easiest customer, but in the end it didn't matter to the team at Vinyl Revival. They have won a customer for life and will be my first stop shop for anything audio in future. Huge thank you to everyone there.
