Snooze Gepps Cross

Have bought a couple of beds from here now. Always happy with the customer service here. Ant is friendly, approachable and was able to answer all our questions plus more information too. Prices seem better than the other retailers in the area.

We went into Snooze at Gepps Cross a couple of times before we decided to purchase our new bed. We wanted to ensure we purchased the right mattress. The staff are never pushy like other stores- we lay there for hours. Antonietta gave us the space we required but was never far if we had a question, she has 25 years of experience in the bedding industry, so she knows her stuff.Couldn't recommend the bed range and staff more.

Excellent service. I went with a specific list of requirements and the staff member (Alexandra) understood immediately and directed me to the most appropriate mattresses. Very happy with my experience and the very friendly, helpful staff.

Whilst I can’t yet comment on the product I have purchased, the service I received from Sonia was outstanding . She shared lots of useful and relevant information about the beds we were looking at. She gave us time and space to consider and process the information. When it came to placing an order she was honest and open about costs and wait times. Thank you Sonia. You made the experience easy!

Lovely experience… friendly and attentive staff…helpful with queries and also family friendly. My little had a fun time getting her bed (and balloons). Will definitely be back when we get other bedding items.

They went far and beyond to ensure that we picked the correct product. Fantastic experience. I’ve never shopped for a proper mattress before and went around to a few different places. Hands down this was the best. The design of the shop, the staff and the sleep profile test was a great experience. Wade was exceptional, we really appreciate good people and a good business.

Wade at Gepps Cross really gets the 5 stars here. He is a very patient, humorous, helpful and knowledgeable staff member. We walked in not really knowing what we wanted. Wade guided us through the options according to our needs and found us mattress options that fell in the middle ground for us. We revisited the store about 5 times retrying the mattress options and he was always there to assist, give us extra pieces of advice and at no point was pushing us to go with one mattress over another, regardless of price. He left the decision to us and was genuine in his approach about what we wanted. He also managed to get as much off the RRP as possible which was very much appreciated. Haven't got the mattress yet, so can't review that but customer service is solid.
