JB Hi-Fi Enex Perth

went in this morning (21/02/23) to buy a macbook charger. ngl i was completely lost, but then i was helped by a male staff member wearing a grey shirt. he was so incredibly helpful and very patient with my limited tech literacy. he helped me find the best deal for me. he was also very friendly - blown away by how genuine the service was!!!

Beware and do not be scammed!Went there and and checked for a specific model and specs of a laptop. The sales staff seems not ineterested to give us what we are looking for instead keeps on offering us all their sale items which are placed on a separate area.In short we bought what he suggested to us without informing us the unit was actually a returned item!Which we only knew when we reached home and saw a green sticker which states it was a returned itemThat's why he packed it quickly on a paper bag so that we will not notice and the funny thing here is he thought we are tourist and even asked if we wanted an invoice for gst refundI was puzzled by his gesture which i realised that he will get away with it because he thought we are tourist and wont be able to return the item if we found outLesson learned do not listen to their sales staff offering bundles , sale items and stuffBest is stay away from this store!

6 staff all standing around chatting to each other and the security guard. I was the only customer on site and still had to ask if it was possible to get service. Told the bloke what I wanted 8Gb/256Gb tablet he gives me a 4Gb/128Gb version instead which I didn't find out until I opened it. When paying the girl at the register couldn't even wait 1min for the transaction to process before turning and talking to another staff member dismissing the customer in front of her. Pathetic customer service" all round."

Extremely rude management, tried to resolve a warranty issue and they wouldn't listen to a thing I said instead just wanted to argue and brush me off. Got the issue resolved with a different store.I recommend avoiding this store if you can and visit the other JB stores instead.

They've got a surprising amount of stuff here. PCs/laptops, phone related items including phones, games, counters (not for sale) headphones and speakers ... Etc. I don't think they sell TVs. Security always nice, not obtrusive, at least in my experience.

Upon a recent visit to this particular JB, the customer service was utterly appalling and sales staff here are incompetent and lack empathy and the necessary expertise to assist customers. They also seemed uneducated on their own warranty policies which raised concerns from the beginning of my experience with them. Moreover, the manager Bec was just blatantly rude and dismissive as I tried to resolve a warranty issue. She was vastly unhelpful and abrupt, making my entire experience extremely frustrating. And did not appreciate her condescending tone and dismissive attitude. It is the bare minimum as a manager to treat a customer with respect and courtesy, however this visit had left a bitter taste in my mouth. Bec's rude and unhelpful demeanour made it clear that she does not prioritise customer satisfaction.Would highly not recommend this store, as I ended up having to travel all the way to Cannington and had my problem resolved with no issues with a more pleasant experience. If you want valuable and knowledgeable assistance would definitely recommend the Cannington store instead, as the sales staff here are better trained and more capable in providing the level of service customers deserve. The incompetent staff at Enex is a clear indication that they fall short in meeting customers' needs and expectations.

Some of the best customer service I have had! I went in to get a phone and was looking for a mid range phone and a watch! Bec who seemed to be the manager was the one serving me and asked me my needs and suggested the best offer there is possible. Much appreciated Bec, there needs to be more people like yourself who take care of the needs of their customers. Jet was also great at finishing off the sale and was very helpful!! Thank you!!

Overall experience was a success. Got what I needed. Did think the service could have been a little better. Took me a while to find the phone accessories section.
