I live in Cranbrook and Lou is always prompt and arrives happy and excited to see our dogs. Always a wonderful haircut and lots of cuddles for the dogs! Wouldnt go anywhere else when it is such a convenient and calm experience for the animals! Thanks Lou

Lou is fabulous! She has nurtured my very sweet but nervous pup who hated baths, to a pup who now looks forward to her monthly bathing from Lou. She really takes the time to learn and work with your fur babies. Highly recommended, she is star quality!
