These guys are our first stop for all our plumbing gear, we have been trading with them for over 20 years. Great selection on multiple brands with reasonable pricing. If you want quality products knowledgeable staff of the kind you will not get at the large hardware's.

I purchased my shower set, grab rail, mixer and accessories from this store a couple of years ago. Recently a tradesperson lost the lever on the diverter bar and l contacted Benton's Bathrooms in South Melbourne for a replacement. They are giving me the run around initially telling me that it was up to supplier to agree to provide a replacement part whilst the supplier, Abey, informed me that it was up to Benton's to decide as to whether to give me the replacement part on the discontinued display model. Today the staff member was yelling at me and denying that there was a lever in the diverter unit at all. Apartfrom having it on my shower for the last couple of years, a quick research of the model can prove her rather loud argument wrong. Poor servicePS Curious as to why staff are leaving positive reviews about themselves. Isn't that a conflict of interest?

Disgusted by my run in with the staff.Today I was driving and my blood sugars were low due to a medical condition. Being a responsible driver I needed to park my car to get something to eat. I was very dizzy and scared.Now I understand it’s private parking but it was a medical emergency. I needed to eat within the next 15 minutes to prevent a serious hypoglycaemic attack.When I parked 2 big men came out yelling at me. I tried to explain the situation but they told me to leave - despite being a medical emergency.Absolutely disgusted they can make an exception once off for the situation. I am now crying from the encounter. I admit I handled the situation incorrectly, however again I was somewhat disorientated and scared and to be treated in that manner during a MEDICAL EPISODE… I’ve lost my faith in humanity.I’ll be expecting to hear from the manager and an apology

The lady working today was so rude. Parked my car and before I could even walk she was yelling at me to move my car even though I was coming into the store. Horrible customer service, treat your customers with some respect. Never coming back here again.
