After leaving our rental to move in with family, we stored all our belongings with National Storage Dbay. The staff were always so lovely to deal with especially over the phone and the move out process was so easy and hassle free! We were able to get rid of a lot of stuff we don’t need and have our other belongings stored at our family’s house now but in future I would definitely use national storage again!

We rented out a unit for 1 month. The day before we were supposed to close up my partner returned to the shed to collect our very last item. When he arrived we found out that one of the workers took it upon himself to close the shed up and throw out our property. This was never discussed or agreed upon. This was a main piece for our kids brand new bunk beds. Its been 4 months and this has still not been resolved. We had to throw the whole bunk bed out after waiting so long. No offers to replace or a refund.
