Don't bother walking into this awful shop. Missed out on membership points because the manager didn't ask if I had a membership. I wouldn't leave a review here if she didn't say that I should have let her know earlier. The manager was like, “it’s customers’ responsibility to inform them of the membership.” She was rude when talking on Wechat, too. It's ridiculous that they have no ideas about consumer service, and they didn't even make some token effort. They just didn't care! You would never need to face similar unpleasant problems at Mecca, David Jones and any other makeup shops!

staff are a little awkward in my opinion. i personally dislike it when they come up to me and just stand there watching me browse items. i'd prefer if they'd ask me if i needed help and just go back to doing whatever instead of standing there like a sleep paralysis demon. apart from that, you could find the same items for cheaper at la cosmetique but i think that nikki cosmo have a wider variety since they sell clothing, make up, hair care, snacks and keychains. overall, it's a pretty decent shop and i'd basically recommend it to anyone who's interested in asian products.

They have Shanghai and Hong Kong Disneyland merchandise here, prices can be a bit steep for the seasonal items, but way better prices then you'd find on Ebay. They also sell Starbucks merch as well, didn't check the prices as they didn't have any cups I was after.

0 out of 5. Not worth the 1 star. This shop's service is awful, neither providing an exchange nor refund service. The staff did not give me a receipt but kept using their phone while I was paying. Besides, the staff failed to understand simple statements and kept saying 'your fault', not theirs.

I usually doesn't give low ratings or bad review as I know running a business or having a job is not easy. But this place, like many had said, it makes you uncomfortable like you are a theif or something, continuously following you around while you browse. The person (not sure is owner or staff) has a rude tone as well. Won't even want to visit this shop even if they have items I am interested. This is how bad it is.

The owner is very patient. They also have the Japan version Sk II, suqqu and CBP in stock. The location is a little bit tricky to find.
