Flex Studios Ascot Vale

An absolutely lovely studio with lots of options for classes. I have done one or two yoga classes in the past, but this was my first time trying anything heated. The first couple of classes were difficult but once you get accustomed to the heat, it really is a great experience. The staff are the amazing and really know what they are doing. 100% recommend this studio!

I have loved using flex online! I'm based in Sydney so sadly can't get to the studios often, but I love the variety of classes available and can always find the perfect style, time and teacher to suit my mood. Thanks for keeping me moving and sane during lockdowns these past two years. I can't wait to move, sweat and un-wind in person the next time I'm in Melbourne!

One of the best hot yoga experiences I've had in years. The studio is beautiful and clean with great facilities, the teachers are really great and the vibes are welcoming and friendly. Perfect if you are looking for a welcoming and inclusive environment.

My partner and I have just moved to the area from Scotland and we are delighted to have found a great studio close by. We received a friendly and helpful welcome upon arrival and were pleased to discover clean and modern changing rooms and a fully equipped and modern studio. The Bikram instructor was great and the temperature was just right for a nice, tough workout. The studio is very welcoming, the owners are passionate about the business and the teachers are professional, always doing courses to improve the the experience of their students. It’s a fun place to be. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I just had my first class the other day and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Courtney the instructor of the Bikram Yoga class not only made me feel completely welcome but also encouraged me to get the best results. I came out feeling 100x better than I came in. If you are considering trying something new and want to feel fantastic, I highly recommend you give this place a go. Your body will thank you for it. :)

Signed up to the 30 day intro offer having just moved to Australia as I was keen to find a studio to keep up Bikram practice. Delighted that there are also other yoga options and pilates on offer and I'm looking forward to trying out all of the classes. The intro offer is great value and is an excellent way to get a feel for the classes and the studio without a big financial commitment before you've stepped through the door! Where else can you do as many classes as you like for 30 days for $1.30 per day?! It also gives you enough time to get a feel for the real benefits of Bikram.The studio and communal areas are very clean and there is plenty of space in the changing rooms with good showers. Staff are helpful and we received a warm welcome on our first visit. Would recommend!

Love the variety of classes on offer, the facility, the chilled vibe and most importantly the instructors/operators. The feedback and tips I get in class help me progress in my practice. I find this type of exercise to be extremely complementary with my other pursuits of golf/snow skiing and supports my general physical and mental well being; especially as I am now in the 50+ bracket. If you want to feel 10 years younger, then I cannot think of a better way to achieve this.

I've practiced yoga at quite a few studios around Melbourne and yet I always end up coming back here. The classes are varied and challenging but always fun! I leave with a smile 100% of the time! The change rooms are clean and warm and the staff are knowledgable without being pretentious. Jade, the studio owner, knows virtually every member's name and is always taking the time to seek feedback about new classes and timetables. This is genuinely a studio where your opinions count and you can practice your way!!
