Absolutely feel ripped off by Coates hire. Went to Alexandria to hire a scaffold for a nearby job to be delivered to Surry Hills, was told scaffold had to come from Auburn. I was ok with the payment for a minimum of one week hire even though I only needed it for one day. Checked my bank statement a week later to find out Coates had made another withdrawal from my credit card for $121 for pick up, on top of the initial $308. What a joke, why wasn't this explained at the start Coates. The aluminium scaffold cost me well over $400.00 for a days hire, never ever again Coates. I'm giving one star because giving zero stars is not an option.
