Sarah has an amazing way of making you comfortable the moment you walk in,Movements are adaptable for each level and you are guaranteed an awesome fun time. Can not recommend enough

Everybody Jungle Body
Each little routine consists of no more than four steps at a time which makes it easy to follow the Instructor and great music, a mix of modern and classic dance tracks and made the whole process so fun that distracting from the fact that your doing serious exercise. And Sara is a great instructor, she explains everything very well and it’s easy to follow her steps. I have so much fun every class!

HANDS DOWN BEST EXERCISE CLASS EVER!!I've been going to Sarah & Kendalls class since 2020. Its the best part of my week- It's never felt like exercise (although it's always a really good workout) .The music and vibe is 100/10 and the community EJB creats is just so lovely, empowering and uplifting. I love that there is a big range of ages that come each week with lots of regulars. The lights are off, the tracks are easy to follow and you are guaranteed to laugh and smile and the themed monthly DJ events there always super high energy. The Laguna also has lots of room to spread out so you never feel squished in and the bonus of Aircon!
