I ordered 2 pizzas and was told on line that they would arrive between 644 pm and 654 pm. The pizzas arrived at 720 pm. I rang the store at Thornleigh and spoke to the manager. I expressed my disappointment saying the pizzas were late and I received a pizza with a normal crust to which the Manager said you get that with a larger size pizza. I said that this should be mentioned on line. I said I will not be ordering for a long time to which the manager said we are obviously not the right store for you" you are so right you and your team are not the right store. Very poor service and attitude."

Place for a cheap feed. Generally myself and the family eat here 2-3 times a year, if can't be bothered cooking. Always hot and fresh. Located on Pennant Hills Rd. Has a small parking space next door. Or in front of store if no cars or delivery motorcycles. Probably the best Domino's in Sydney, along with Northmead's Domino's at Briens Road.PS. It may be small, but gees they get plenty of business. Don't go in peak times - 5pm-7pm, because of Pennant Hills Rd, as well as orders can be complacent and mixed-up. You should order via the online app (a free app) at least 15-20 mins before picking up, or if getting delivered. Otherwise, you will be waiting at least 15 mins - if u walk in store off the street to order, at less busy times.

Check out this “LARGE” “Deep pan” pizza of mine..it’s the size of my hand and the crust was like 1cm thick - what a joke of a pizza - DOMINOS you are a disgrace (Pizza Hut is double the size of this so called large Dominos pizza)

Waited for 30 minutes to receive 2 pizzas and i can understand it was a Friday but it very much looked like the staff were just standing around and chatting. Ended up getting a pizza i ordered wrong and took an additional 15 minutes to make. Judging it was only a simple medium pizza i would have thought it would have come quicker. was compensated with the mistaken pizza but really hope the service is better next time i order from here

My daughter ordered pizzas and it took more than an hour to deliver. She kept getting different delivery times and then said it was be being made. It arrived cold. Rang the store, not interested. Said they only had 4 delivery people on. 1 message said it was being delivered in the opposite direction to our house. Not delivered in a warming bag.

I ordered two pizzas to pick up on 20/09/2019. I was told premium pizzas and charged $35.60. The quality of the pizzas were just an ordinary value pizzas.
