Richard is great. He turns up when he says he will, does a great job & doesn't overcharge.We called him about a noise & vibration in our heater unit which he fixed & he also found & fixed a fault with our heater ducting which was costing us $100's each year.

Richard is from the Golden Age of Problem solving ! After a few frustrating visits to repair my Brivis ducted Heating which was only 5 years old Richard had tried virtually everything that was known to get the thing functioning properly . Thanks to his critical thinking and force of will and professionalism we have a heater now doing as its told . Not only that but upon every visit Richard would TXT to say how far away he was and advise on status of parts etc . Husky replied very quickly to my query. The indicated prices seemed to be good. Unfortunately they couldn't fit me in this week so I went elsewhere as my evap cooler was not working.

I had an issue with my ducted heating. Richard was on time, did a great job and had very competitive pricing, I would recommend and will be using him in the future.
