Professionally fixed up a terrible install left by another local company.

Exactly what great service is all about! Lou and the team got the job done within an hour of my phone call on a very hot day. I Wish we had more people like you guys:-)

We are not a customer, but incredibly grateful for and impressed by one of their team pulling over to offer help this morning on his way to a job. We ran out of petrol near Lyonsville, with a 15-month-old in the car, marginal phone reception and appalling weather (weather app said it felt like 5 degrees which I can tell you was generous). Our roadside assist plan has been cancelled by the dealer without telling us! Your team member (he has red hair but can’t remember his name, sorry) stopped to ask if we were ok and offered me a lift in to Daylesford to get fuel and I was able to get back before the little one (or my wife) cracked it. Caring, helpful, considerate - we wanted to give him recognition for this!! Keep up the good work, doing to others as you’d like done to you. Thank you again for your awesome help.

10/10 fast efficient friendly and even the day after new years! Highly recommended

Craig was responsive and prompt on the phone and his team was quite quick to install. When there was a misunderstanding and the aircon was installed lower than I wanted, he organised the team to return to fix the job and insisted on no extra payment.
