Highly do not recommend these guys. My rear brake was making a squeak noise when using it so I booked an appointment to have it fixed. I was quoted $500 for them to simply flush the air out and was told that was the problem. They perhaps worked on the vehicle for an hour or so as it was not in the workshop from what I could see. They told me they worked over 2.5 hours on the car and justified their insane change for simply flushing air out of the brake stating it is a difficult and complicated task, however the machine did the work. Then, they have the audacity to tell me the noise is still there as they flushed the air from the brakes but there is air in the system. I drove back home and yep, the noise was still there, very disappointed with these guys and their lies. Not happy with the service at all and would not recommend anyone to visit here.Why bother charging me if you cannot solve the initial problem and then give me a ridiculous quote to replace the brake system I have because that is your only solution to getting rid of the noise? Maybe try to be honest and tell the customer you cannot fix the issue so that we can go somewhere that can!

I contacted Michael to buy the car from the small red book. When there was limited stock in the Melbourne, michael recommended a car for me professionally, and he considered it very comprehensively, and provided me with a lot of valuable advice from various aspects. I bought the car on the same day, and it was gone two days later, pick up the car, the efficiency is particularly high, and the experience is very good. I will denfiently find him when I bought the next one.

I purchased 2 days ago, a brand new Lexus ES300h 2023 from Lexus Of Berwick. The Staff were friendly and helpful. The price was lower $2500 than other dealers. Sales employee Jessica was an excellent demonstrator. Over all I am so happy with the service and with the new car. Thank you
