Wonderful customer service never feel pressured amazing customer base always engaging and wonderfully helpful

Sometimes game and hobby stores are really intimidating for women to walk into but I have never experienced this at Warhammer Erina. No matter how many times I waltz in joking that D&D is the superior game, I am always welcomed with a smile and 10/10 customer service. I have complete confidence that when I inevitably want to get more into 40k that I will be treated with absolute respect.If I had to be fussy about one thing it would be that there isn’t much room in store to play or browse. It feels a bit squishy but this is a very minor thing.Shelves always seem to be well stocked and there is always some sort of game and/or painting thing going on. I’m always impressed at the painting skills.Keep being awesome!

One of the best places to get both models advise and games everyone is nice

Its been a while since Ive seen such a well stocked store! I was actually able to find the 4 painting tools I was going to have to order online. Also got a Start Collecting box of Blood Angels to continue practising my painting. Store owner then informed me of events he holds in his store to help people learn to paint, very thoughtful, DEFINATELY attending!Best store I have been to in years. SO CLEAN!!!

Best Warhammer store I've ever been to! Tom is hands down the best bloke to talk to with any questions on the game or hobby. Awesome events and cool tables for a small store too.
