Hard wired internet and completely inconsistent connection. 30mins of basic streaming and can’t handle connecting. X6 disconnects per 30mins. Hopefully someone will respond to our enquiries before our cancellation.

There phone will be heard to you and on other end aswell only after 2 seconds late delivered, not good atall. Then I thought to cancel. They gave lot of problems to give athorisation to port the number. By the time they took 2 months charge. They try to rip you.

My husband and I have just recently moved homes and changed internet providers which has been quite a journey; however I cannot recommend Joanne at vocphone enough. She made the process so easy, despite the troubleshooting Joanne was so patient and stayed on the phone over an hour and was so accomodating while we set up our modem and sorted our internet as quickly and professionally as possible. Her guest service was impeccable and I cannot recommend her enough as an amazing employee of Vocphone. Thank you Joanne for everything you have done!

Huge delays and a multitude of issues setting my service up. Sounds like there’s a lot of communication break down between their service operators and establishing accounts and any action being taken.Also a simple update of my credit card details took these guys 20 minutes to achieve over the phone. Very slow, very inefficient process. Need a lot of improvements.

An amazing phone platform and product that has transformed our business. Reduced our phone bills by 2 thousand dollars a month , no need for expensive handsets we all got mobile apps and land line numbers allocated within a number of hours.
