Bailey from GCBC was excellent to deal with. He was responsive and professional and somehow managed to get my boat to me three months earlier than planned. I highly recommend Bailey and the team.

Tim Davis was extremely helpful in assisting me to ascertain the best accessories for my new Formosa 525. He was happy to answer the many questions I posed to him. I will continue to deal with the company for the servicing and maintenance of the boat.

This is the second boat we have purchased from Gold Coast Boating Centre. This second time we got a Coastrunner 590.We went in and ordered it in August with someone else and we didn't hear anything for a couple of months then lo behold Bailey suddenly appeared and took over our order and I have to say that he has been nothing short of absolutely fantastic.My hubby was like a kid at Christmas and was Calling Bailey at least once a week/fortnight about things he wanted or wanted to change and Bailey accommodated it without complaint. Bailey kept Paul updated on the progress of the boat during the building process and gave us accurate honest timeframes. When the boat had arrived (we had went for the 130hp as if was more readily available) Bailey called us to let us know there was a 150hp in stock, so we got the opportunity to upgrade the motor (which we wanted so bad). He was even sending snippets of little videos to Paul as a teaser while every thing was being fitted out. Which is a fantastic move, this literally kept paul so excited and keen to get his boat, and it made him so happy.Nothing was too hard or difficult for Bailey and the advice and information he gave us on pick up was so thorough. He must have knew hubby was super keen to take it straight out, that after we left Bailey called to remind him to put fuel in it.If you have ever had a not so positive experience here, definitely give it another go. Bailey is a game changer.So, thank you Bailey and the team at Gold Coast Boating Centre.

Salesman, Mark Robinson, has been nothing less than excellent through the whole process of our boat purchase. He has been very accomodating and patient and has answered all of my million and one questions. His generosity was greatly appreciated. He gave Chewbacca, our British Bulldog, an almost new life jacket that he no longer uses for his own dog and will make Chewy safe on board. Thanks so much for your professional attention to detail that made our experience a memorable one. Tania and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend this business to any potential boat buyer.

After a 6 week search and educating myself on the most suited boat for my needs I made the decision to Purchase a Yamaha outboard and the Stessco 420 Renegade. The Gold Coast Boating Centre at Burleigh did everything right! Tim was amazing to deal with and we had trust and respect in the transaction. The Stessco was the best product for me in regards to quality and value and the manufacturing was above the rest and then the Outboard, well its a Yamaha, say no more. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience and my thanks to Tim at GCBC.
