They are very professional. John listened to what I had to say and was very thorough. I receieved an email 5 days prior to the treatment to tell me how to prepare my home. I received a detailed report with photos of everything John found and the things I can do to prevent problems in the future. I am extremely happy with the service and will definately use them in the future.
