I went to use the car wash tonight and have explicitly told the cashier my car was pretty dirty as it has just traveled on country roads. Bought the platinum car wash ticket as advertised and there are still dirty water marks after the wash. So I went to the cashier and told her about this politely and I was told the machine only cleans 95% of the car and I might as well wipe it myself. She said and I quote “There is no point of giving you another voucher if it is just that much of dirty and we can’t refund coz you have used the service. There is a hand car wash down the road if you want it completely cleaned.”Well that is extremely good customer service Coles!I gave it 1 extra star to the machine for doing a 95% job.

The worst customer service ever. This guy Rajesh is a bully. Not sure if this petrol station is privately owned.They keep putting the coffee machine down, perhaps in purpose.

I have visited this place for car wash, asked the operator Rajesh" if I need to be aware of anything as I am getting this done for the first time. He was sarcastic and said "you need to come here for a week training and it may take long to learn as well as its hard". "Great service and helping your customers" keep it up. I left the store after great advice."

Worst customer service by Kumar. He doesn’t know how to talk and is very rude. I gave my feedback about coffee being cold and he said if you don't like it then go to Gloria Jeans cafe. His Manager should do something about him.

There’s this Guy who was there at the counter on a Sunday evening, couldn’t find his name on the shirt it was missing, very sarcastic and absolute nonsense gestures he makes with his head. He is very arrogant with his body language & talking. If your car wash was down and closed for several months I can definitely ask for one free Carwash, I went there several times and found it closed which led to my loss. As I purchased the Carwash voucher earlier and I had one remaining. I always do regular weekly car wash from Coles express at different locations and many a times it has happened that car wash was closed for weeks and they always redeem the one remaining car wash later. This is the first time I found this guy behaving such.

Why your coffee machine is always down? I asked this question to one of their staff and they said they are cleaning the machine. I asked them how long that will take and they said it will talk over half an hour. Which coffee machine that too on a busy servo takes more than half an hour and is kept down during the peak hours?I noticed this several times.

my car entered Coles Car Wash machine. I input the car wash ticket code into the machine, machine shows that the ticket is not valid. I was confused as my car wash ticket purchased one month ago and I bought 2-time car wash and I only used 1 times already. I called the number provided on the machine as instructed. An employee called Danny pick up and he was impatiently asking me to come inside the store (luckily there are no one waiting behind me).Therefore, I walked inside the store. I gave my ticket to him and he told me that if ticket is expired that is fine he will give me another one. Then he scans the ticket and turn around to me and said:” it has been used.” I said to him that it is impossible I only used once. Then he told me that:” machine doesn’t lie.” I told him that maybe your machine is functioning well and I would not lie for $10 worth of car wash.He should not call me or anyone a liar base on his 2 seconds judgement.Hope this unfortunate event does not happen to anyone else.

I have visiting this shop for 5 years. Recently I've noticed a better service standard. The staff are really friendly. I use diesel and it is good quality. Love the 80c coffee!!!Leonard - what did she do that was so rude?

Always high prices for petrol , better to avoid these big companies. And car wash is also average. Once they cheated me by giving a normal car wash instead of the higher one which I purchased. Even if you are going car wash here, just buy a single one instead of 2.
