Furniture quality has gone so bad with not even having things for 1 year and they’re starting to show so much ware or damage- And after months and months of trying to get warranty sorted, I had to always keep following up as no one gets back to you. Not even in months. Then they offer a replacement outdoor tabletop we had to wait for 8 months from Vietnam, we wanted to change the complete set after spending 3k on it because we were concerned that it will not last again over 1 year and they don’t budge on a different option. And after purchasing nearly our whole house furniture and appliances . I was being told one thing by one person and then referred to as a liar by another. Appliances is better as they have always changed faulty items with no problem but furniture I will never buy again.

I will never go to another electrical store. The quality of service at Harvey Norman Thomastown is second to none. The waiting time is usually zero and the salespeople are just as attentive whether I’m buying a power board or a large appliance. They also beat the prices of other stores. I highly recommend this Thomastown Harvey Norman.

I recently purchased a office chair from Harvey Norman. I dealt with David from the furniture section. I must say that David was extremely patient, respectful and assisted with all my questions. Thank you for providing good price and service.

Very lovely staff and great customer service. Had issue with air fryer, got it replaced twice without any delay. Hannah gave great deals and price match which is why we and our friends spent $11000 each for our electronic appliances.

went into buy a laptop. Endar was so helpful. Worked really hard to meet the specs i wanted, and a great price. No hard sell, knew his stuff. Really impressed.

Poor customer service and terrible communication.One of the sales rep gave us a ‘bundle offer’ if we purchased both items. They persuaded us to pay for the higher ticket item first (full price) and advised they would give discount on the cheaper item. Initially they said the cheaper item is in stock and then said it would be arriving in the coming week. So we paid for it (discounted price), anticipating the item to arrive soon. No news from them so we called to follow up. We are now advised that the cheaper item would not be in stock 4-6 weeks.

I purchased a fire pit from Harvey Norman online last week. In the meantime, I received one from a friend as a gift and therefore needed to return the item which is not yet opened or constructed (In original packaging). Upon speaking to One Customer department I was told that the I need to pay a restoring fee (About 1/4 of the purchase price) as well as post the item to them at my own cost. The service quality is disgusting. Considering I have spent over $100K with them over the past 5 years, this is dismal and pathetic. What has become of you guys? Unless this issue is resolved, I will never spend another dime with you.

We went to buy mattress for our daughter’s room. This guy named Naman helped us in choosing the best one.Huge variety of beds and mattress.I have bought furniture before as well. Always pleasant to go there.Very helpful and informative staff.
