Whilst others just provide a solution then move on, Matt takes the extra time and care to go back and cross check things to see how you are going and if any further assistance is needed. Matt came to my house after hours and systematically went through all the problems I was having with both my computer and smart phone. Matt is very patient and is able to explain things in way that makes sense. Matt has now helped me out a few times, organising my new phone changeover, getting me a more secure way of keeping passwords etc. Things I didn't even know I needed!!
