Online order I purchased as a delivery has been now sitting in processing for 3 days. On there website delivery is 3-7 business days that it will arrive. I ordered in advanced for a birthday present for someone, to then be told by customer service they can't do anything or even transfer order to a store as a click and collect. Correct your website then if its going to take you that long to process the order...... not happy

Made an online order on target app, there was an error and my gift card was redeemed without the order being placed. I used my credit card to pay it & when I was talking with the agent & he just cancelled my order without confirming it.Made a complaint, I received a call from an agent named Jessica, I was asked what I want. What was that supposed to mean? Also, I did not have a pen with me to get her email address as I was outside. I asked if she can email me as they already had mine, she insisted to wait until I get a pen. Well, ended up it was just a general email address which is on Target website anyway. She said she would follow up, no luck, no return call/email. Still no luck of getting the money back.Funny thing is, there is no place you can make a complaint if it is about Target Customer Service Team!

Lost my delivery due to your error. Weren’t happy to help or refund me for a month but happily redirect the parcel back to themselves minutes after I take action through my credit card company. Lift your customer service game! And I don’t mean in store. They are amazing. Online experience! Terrible. Would give zero stars if I could. Still haven’t even had an update from you, only reason I know is because the courier company did the right thing and reached out.

What is the point of offering home delivery if the service you are using are Couriers Please, who are notorious for not ringing the door bell, then pretending like no one has answered and dumping the parcel at a random location or shipping it back to the sender. I was at home when they pretended to try to contact me, after that they couldn't leave the parcel at an Australia Post office right across the road and took it to National Storage Australia 15 min away. How can this be called home delivery"?"

Target Australia
Incredibly useless from start to end. I ordered a click & collect that said it would be ready on the same day. After multiple attempts to contact target customer service via the website, email etc. I am told one or more items are being sent to the store. When I go online to view the items again, it says ready to collect today!! Again, customer “service” if you can call it that, says it takes a while to update the out of stocks online. It had bee! 6 days after my order!!! Very interesting, seeing as when you shop online with Kmart things literally go out of stock after you’ve placed them in the basket! Finding it hard to believe target wouldn’t operate on a similar platform! It took one lady over 10minutes to provide me with an email to escalate the matter. It was a generic “support” email. After a week the order was finally ready and I hear back via email from customer “support” saying we see you’ve picked up your order hope you enjoy”. Um, no my complaint doesn’t dissapear just because I finally got my order a week after i was told it would be ready! I had a birthday gift in there that was missed thanks to your shocking service!!! Who do you need to speak to get a complaint across instead of being flagged off my generic responses and incompetent people!?

When we are in lockdown and have no choice but to order online, you would think that a company the size of Target Australia would at least have the online support in place to help you. The customer service is non existent. I received a wrong item in an online order. I have tried to email, this bounced back because their mailbox is full. I have tried to call - if it's not engaged then you have an inordinately long wait time. I tried to send a message via messenger which is yet to be acknowledged or even read. I tried the online chat - number 83 in the queue with a 24 year wait time.Get your act together Target and look after your customers. It's not good enough.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received from Target Australia and Target Online Customer Support.Clearly states online that the items I’m ordering are available to pick up today. (It also shows when you need to wait a certain time frame). Get an email that a 1/3rd of my order (30-45mins later) is not available and I have to wait a week for it.I need it in 2 days (it’s a gift) so I called the online store to ask if I can possibly just get a different size in the same item.Nope, not their problem. They can’t do that. Just tell you to go in store and pay for it there again, and wait upto a week for a refund. Not only that. I have to drive in their twice if I want to wait for it to come? They said they would let me know if they can approve my refund for the items they don’t have. Still haven’t heard anything.Horrible service, horrible customer care department, useless webpage.I’ll go to Targets competitors only from now on, at least they care about their customers. Thanks for wasting my time and effort choosing things.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Target took about 1.5 months from placing my online order to being refunded to let me know that my order had been lost by their delivery partners. This was after me emailing/calling persistently for weeks to get status updates. Many times I was on hold for 1.5 hours and then the line would drop out or emails would be returned to me due to a full customer service inbox on target’s end. When there was a reply it would come days or week later. There was also no attempt by resolutions to replace the lost item, even through it was obvious that it was in-stock at the time that I was told it wasn’t and I was not provided with any gift voucher for my wasted time and effort dealing with this incompetence. If you can find your item at another major retailer then that would be a better bet because If something goes wrong with your order and you have to deal with target customer service you will regret it based on my experience and others who have left comments here.

Worst customer experience ever.I ordered a product online ten days ago. It has stayed in processing ever since. No advice received regarding when it will be ready for delivery. The customer service number is never answered. The function to leave a number for them to call you back, doesn't work, and they don't answer their emails. DON'T BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM TARGET. They'll take your money, won't give you the product or a refund and won't answer any of your queries through their customer support systems.I'm ringing my bank tomorrow to get the payment reversed and Consumer Affairs Victoria to lodge a formal complaint.I've ordered dozens of products online during Covid lockdowns, from many different companies, and had excellent purchase experiences, except from KMART and Target. Both appalling. Shame on you Target.

Target Australia are daytime crooks. My wife made an order in Feb and fully paid online. She never got a confirmation email or the order delivered. Tried to call customer service and they we just pathetic. No customer service skills what so ever. Some advice, stay away from Target online. You're better off going in store or shopping elsewhere.#tagrettakesyamoneyandruns
