Today I had my original Solahart hot water system from 1982, replaced by the Solahart current model.I found everyone who assisted me with this process ( both office staff and technicians), very helpful, courteous and efficient.All in all, I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend this company to anyone.Thank you.Erika Jakeman

Great installation for Hot Water Service, easy and quickly done this morning. Both the young installers were great allowing me too finish my Shower this morning. They worked well together and very efficient. Finished and gone by 11 am and had hot water by 5 pm. 100% happy. I look forward to a long association with Solahart Brisbane North.

Our first Solahart hotwater system lasted 18 years with minimal servicing. When it needed replacing I looked at all options and it was an easy decision to replace it with another Solahart. The installers were on time, efficient, friendly and very helpful answering any questions we asked. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Service and installation was fine. However, installation of the SMA monitoring platform never completed. Continual requests to address this issue over the years have been ignored, with no replies to any enquiries. Dissappointed overall.

Solahart Brisbane North installed a new rooftop solar hot water system last week. It was great dealing with all involved from Craig who did the quote, Kylie at the Office, and Mason and Adrian who did the installation. All were were professional, neat, polite, informative and efficient. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

Solar water heater installed at organised time & date. Simple installation process including sub-contractor electrician. Great communication before, during and after.

Great service and a great product!Excellent system and great people to deal with. Getting a Solarhart system installed was so easy! We purchased the system through Michelle at the Brisbane South East office and Mason and his technician installed it the following week. The guys are so friendly and polite and very efficient. The old tank was removed and the Solarhart installed on the roof within 3 hours! No mess! Without the indoor tank we now have more space indoors to expand our laundry area. The unit is very efficient and we cannot tell any difference in water heating between our old 300L electric heating system and the Solarhart, even in overcast days here in Toowoomba without the booster on. Very impressed!
