I ordered a Nachos minced beef meal with extra pulled beef, sour cream and guacamole for delivery. This appeared on my receipt on the bag, but the extras were not included on the sticker on the container the food came in.Very disappointed as I ordered extra to have enough food to last 2 meals. I paid for the extras but did not receive them.

Love the food here. I personally enjoy the burrito bowl with chicken. The chips have a nice chipotle seasoning. I like that they do tortilla chips rather than corn chips. I like the thinness.

Our second time here.Our burritos were nice. Tasty as always. We got our daughter a kids meal, burrito with barramundi. The burrito only had rice and fish in it. No beans, no Salsa. Unfortunately, we had it as take away and couldn't give it back. Not impressed.

Ordered Two Bowls with Mild Chicken, with Extra Chicken and Guacamole on Monday the 13th.Received a couple of pieces of chicken and large hard chunks of guacamole.Rang the restaurant same night and was told someone would return my call.Rang again Wednesday and was told someone would return my call.Still no response??Bad service, bad quality and it seems, no care!!!

Flavours are good, proportion is all wrong. My enchilada was all rice and next to no meat. Really disappointed, this is just not what I expect from a GyG.

Great place - food comes out relatively fast, fresh ingredients and good looking mexican food that tastes delicious. One thing to note is that the prices are pretty expensive.The reason for four stars is because in some instances, the burritos we ordered were stone cold (this happened a couple times). Other than that, it has been an overall good experience. A nice place to dine in too.

Surprisingly, this is one of the best GyG stores I have ever been to. The staff sometimes seem a little nonchalant, but the food is always well made and they're fast. Also, the only GyG that can consistently cook their tortilla chips properly. Other stores seem to undercook them and undercooked tortilla chips are bad. Great job to whoever is managing this place. Incredibly consistent and after coming here for close to a year since moving to the area, still can't fault them.

The proportions always seem stingy , not much meat and a lot of rice have been multiple times to Toowoomba south but they never improve and it always seems cold.. the one at grand central is great you can immediately see a huge difference. This is the worst GYG I have even been to! I definitely would not recommend Toowoomba south GYG!

So I ordered corn chips and a large Guac, a large chicken bowl with no beans add sour cream and Guac and a burrito with no rice add fresh jalapeños add sour cream add Guac. Sadly I did not receive my large side of Guac and had to drive back to collect it. I was not apologised to for any inconvenience and once I had gotten home for the SECOND time I went to eat my cold food and noticed that my bowl had no sour cream and also had beans and the burrito did not have ANY fresh jalapeños or sour cream.Extremely disappointing that the entirety of this order was wrong.
